Lighthouse Surgery Center is a joint venture between Saint Francis Hospital, the Lighthouse Surgeons, and Woodland Anesthesiology Associates. It is a state-of-the-art facility housing six orthopedic operating rooms, each with video integration, a designated pain management procedure room, a 26 bay pre- and post-operative patient care area, a physical therapy space, and a thoughtfully planned welcome reception space that focuses on both the patient and their family’s needs.

We offer same-day services for a wide range of sports injuries, including ACL and other knee ligament reconstructions, upper and lower extremity fracture repairs, reconstructive and restorative arthroscopic shoulder procedures, and arthroscopic hip procedures. We also meet the surgical needs for patients with foot, ankle, hand and wrist injuries. Our center has the capability to support joint replacement surgeries and provide our spine patients with optimal outpatient surgical services. Additionally, the center is home to our world class team of anesthesiologists, who lead the industry in pain management services and procedures.
“It was not long ago that patients had to spend several days in the hospital for a spine or joint replacement surgery, but thanks to our incredible team of surgeons and innovative technology we now have thousands of joint replacement patients able to go home within 23 hours of surgery,” said Dr. Rodis. “The Lighthouse Surgery Center will only add to the number of patients we are able to provide top quality, same-day surgical services.”
